Strive4Success is a transformative program designed to expand access to higher education for students who might otherwise face barriers to enrollment. This one-year, fee-based initiative provides comprehensive support tailored to Dean’s first-year, conditionally accepted students.

Through personalized guidance and a wide range of resources, we equip students with the tools and strategies they need to succeed both academically and personally, ensuring a strong foundation for their college journey and beyond.

Strive4Success students receive the following SUPPORT:

Weekly one-on-one, Individual Academic Coaching*: A collaborative, goal-oriented relationship with Master’s degree-level staff focused on developing students' skills and strategies for academic success.
Enrollment in DEAN-190, Study Skills: A one-semester, seminar-style course designed to provide first-year students with study skills strategies, tools, and mindset to succeed in their college classes.
Four credit-bearing academic courses paired with DEAN-190 for the first semester.
Weekly small group academic coaching for the second semester
Professional & Peer Tutoring: Academic support in a wide range of classes and content areas including writing, mathematics, and presentation support.
Study Labs: A year-long, group study opportunity that is monitored by a Learning Center staff member who can offer academic support and coordinate tutoring services as needed.

*Academic Coaching is optional support available to all 乱伦视频 students, but it is mandatory for Strive4Success students during their first semester.

Cost

The cost for this program is $850 for the first semester and will be added to the tuition bill.

Pending satisfactory first-semester progress (a GPA of a 2.5 or higher), students may choose to opt-out for the second semester. The cost for students continuing in the program will be substantially discounted for the second semester.
