move-in day inFORMATION

Spring Opening is Sunday, January 18, 2026.

New Students should check-in at Dean Hall, first floor, between 10:00 a.m.– 12:00 p.m., noon. For additional information see below under “Arrival to Campus: New/Transfer Residents.”
Returning Students should check-in with a Residence Life staff member at their assigned residence hall between 10:00 a.m.– 3:00 p.m. For additional information see below under “Arrival to Campus: Returning Residents.”
Students with financial holds must check-in at Dean Hall, first floor, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. If you have a financial hold, you will receive an email to your Dean email with an assigned appointment time.

To request an early arrival, please visit the Residence Life department page on Today@Dean and complete the “Winter Break Request Form”.
