Senior Celebration Days: May 7- May 9

CONGRATULATIONS CLASS OF 2025!

We have organized some terrific celebratory events for you leading up to Commencement. These Senior Celebration Days are for December ’24, May ’25, and August ’25 graduates. 

There is no fee to participate in the Senior Celebration Days. However, graduates are strongly encouraged to have additional funds available as you may wish to purchase food, drink, transportation, and/or souvenirs at some of the events. In the schedule below you will see an * indicating events where this may be the case.

All participants in Senior Celebration Days will be required to check in the evening of May 7 at Smith Dining Center to receive your Senior Celebration Days' official bracelet. This will grant you permission to remain on campus in the days leading up to Commencement.

Note: All graduating students must vacate their residence hall rooms by Saturday, May 10 at 3:00 p.m. Graduates who were approved to stay as temporary residents during Senior Celebration Days must also vacate the residence hall at 3:00 p.m. 

Wednesday, May 7

5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. I Check-in I Smith Dining Center

• Graduates will receive their official Senior Celebration Days bracelet.
• Commuters and December Graduates, who would like to stay on-campus, will receive their Residence Hall room key.

5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. I Senior Celebration Kick- off Dinner I Smith Dining Center

• Enjoy terrific culinary delights and time with friends.
• Learn more about details for the next few days and expectations.

8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. I Night at Teddy’s I Teddy Gallagher’s Pub

• Enjoy food, fare, and music with your fellow graduates at Teddy’s.
• The first beverage is on us! *Cash bar for the remainder of the evening.

Thursday, May 8

7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. I Breakfast I Smith Dining Center

1:35 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. I Boston Red Sox versus Texas Rangers I Fenway Park

• Enjoy the Red Sox with 100+ of your closest Bulldog friends. Individual tickets will be awarded via a random lottery system. 
• Take the MBTA to Fenway. *The cost of the train ticket and concessions at the game are not included. Train tickets can be purchased in advance via the ; round-trip tickets are approximately $22.
• Students taking the buses to the Ashland MBTA will be picked up and dropped off in the Dean Hall Parking Lot.

6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. I Bulldog Cook-out I Rooney Student Center

• Enjoy grilled delights with friends.

6:45 p.m. I Champagne Toast with Interim President Boyce I Smith Dining Center

• Graduates will receive their alumni pin and be welcomed into the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Alumni Society.

6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. I Senior Photos I Awpie Way Arch (weather permitting)

• Group shots with friends in your cap and gown by a professional photographer to remember this momentous life event. 
• Photo slots are limited and registration will be required. Stay tuned for additional information via your e-mail.

6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. I Cap Decorating I Student Center Atrium

• We'll provide the materials, just bring your cap! Design your mortarboards to display your creativity at graduation! Cap decorating materials will be available in the evening as well. 

8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. I Food Trucks, Fire Pit, Games and More I Rooney Student Center

• A final night of revelry in Bulldog Nation. Big prize bingo, novelties, and tunes.
• There may be a late-night appearance by the ice cream truck!

Friday, May 9

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. I Final Brunch and Senior Slide Show I Smith Dining Center

• Come together for your final meal at Dean. Wonderful time to stroll down memory lane with your fellow graduates as you enjoy a Mimosa Brunch and the premiere of the Senior Slideshow.

5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. I Graduating Student Awards Ceremony I The Guidrey Center

• All are welcome to attend. Award recipients will be notified by special invitation a few weeks prior to the event. 

6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. I Student and Family Reception I Student Center Concourse and Main Stage

• Enjoy a reception in honor of all graduates and your families. Grab a photo with faculty and staff along with light fare. Congratulations Class of 2025!

Saturday, May 10

8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. | The Graduating Student Breakfast | Atrium

• Enjoy a continental breakfast. Come mingle with your fellow graduates, as well as the faculty and staff, while you fuel up for the big day ahead. 

 9:30 a.m. - 10:10 a.m. | Commencement Check-In | The Guidrey Center 

• Check-in and prepare for the ceremony. Put on your cap and gown. Celebrate one more time with your friends.

11:00 a.m. I 159th Commencement Exercises I Awpie Way

• 159th Commencement Exercises begin. Congratulations Graduates!

Sign-Up Details

Sign-up Deadline: Friday, May 2

Eligibility: December ’24, May ’25, and August ’25 graduates.

How to Sign-Up: You will receive an e-mail with registration info soon.

Cost: No fee. *Some activities will require supplemental funds provided by the student.

Cash Bars: On-campus cash bars at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ accept only cash as payment. There are ATM’s within close proximity to campus. Off- campus cash bars are dependent on the venue and may accept cash or credit/debit card as payment. While it is not a mandate to reside on campus, the College reserves the right to not serve those who will be departing campus by vehicle each day/night.

Guests: No guests are permitted on campus at any  Senior Celebration Days events, except the Student/Family Reception and Commencement.

Campus Policies:

• ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Student Code of Conduct policies and Housing Terms and Conditions remain in effect throughout Senior Celebration Days,  at both on-campus and off-campus events.
• Quiet hours are still in effect in the Residence Halls through May 8 at 6:30 p.m. for undergraduates still completing finals.
